Residential electrical
Houses, estates, apartments and sectional title units — from a single repair to the full installation of a new build or renovation. Older Cape Town homes with mixed wiring from decades of additions are a large part of what we do.
Commercial & industrial
Offices, retail premises, body corporates, warehouses and factories, including three-phase work. We work around your trading hours to keep disruption down, and can hold a maintenance schedule so problems are found before they shut something down.
Certificates of Compliance
A valid CoC is required when a property changes hands, and it must reflect the installation as it stands today. We inspect and test, report anything that fails, quote the remedial work, and issue the certificate once it passes.
Fault finding & repairs
Breakers that keep tripping, earth leakage that won't reset, dead circuits, flickering lights and burnt connections. We isolate circuit by circuit rather than guessing, tell you what we found, and repair it so it stays fixed.
Distribution boards
DB board upgrades, replacements and re-labelling, with correctly rated breakers and earth leakage protection. Many older boards are undersized, unlabelled or missing earth leakage entirely — an upgrade is usually the biggest safety gain available.
Lighting installation
Interior, exterior, security and garden lighting, plus LED retrofits that cut running costs noticeably in larger premises. We can work to your architect's or designer's lighting plan, or help you lay one out room by room.
Backup power & inverters
Inverter and battery systems wired into your distribution board properly — correct changeover, a dedicated essentials sub-board, proper earthing, and a board that is still compliant afterwards. We size the essential load with you first.
Maintenance & callouts
Ongoing maintenance for landlords, agents, estates and businesses, plus one-off callouts when something needs attention now. Regular clients get priority scheduling, and after-hours work can be arranged in advance.
